No problem guys, I'm glad a few of you found it useful Sometimes when I'm lazy I use this method, especially for my not so important snapshot pics

It is VERY easy to do

I'm working on the advanced one that will be on using levels and curves...hopefully I can get it done soon, but I have another tutorial (dealing with colour enhancement) I want to finish before I start this one.

This is a good method to repair the errant shot, but don't make a habit of shooting this way. Bringing details out of the shadows due to underexposure will result in increased noise in your image and poor quality overall.

I totally agree ohenry, as I stated in the tutorial that there is no replacement for correct exposure. It's just a simple method for those who are starting in photography and are still learning about exposure.
