Sorry to have been so long in replying...
Here goes....
Used a plastic circular bassin* placed in a kitchen sink, filled with water, (yes, Tim, it's water) turned on the tap water and focused on the point where the flow of water hit the surface. Reduced the waterflow to slow drips and shot away. Took me several shots to get one or two reasonable ones.
I would have prefered a better composition but around the kitchen sink there's not much room for a tripod.

1/125 || F11 || Flash || Sharpened and increased colour saturation.

* This may be the reason, along with the flash, for the smooth silky look to the water. Not at all sure though.
