Uluru (Ayres Rock)

This is a picture of Uluru (formerly Ayres Rock) in central Australia - it's not the classic composure of this very impressive monolith as I wanted to show some of the detail, and try to capture something to demonstraight it's impressive size. (The channels you see in the rock are caused by rain errosion.) What does everyone think?

Very strong diagonal line composition and use of rule of thirds makes this shot. Again, good color and sharpness. Nice shot.

Very nice shot, I like the composition and the way the rock keeps the greenery and blue sky separate.
