This Place is for the birds (Long Post)

I went to a local Wildlife refuge today hoping to catch the warbler migration still in full swing. Unfortunatly I think the peak was last weekend.

I thought I would share some of my best small bird shots from the day.

First I will show you the Orioles. I saw many of these, they love oranges, and grape jelly if you want to bait them in to shoot them.

Males:

Female:

A Cardinal

I dont know what this one is, but I will find out.

I believe this is a Barn Swallow

A Robin

Another Unknown, I will look into it.

And last but not least, a Yellow Throated Warbler

All in all, not perfect shots, but the fun is in taking them.

Thanks for looking.

Brian

Great shots, Brian... most of them turned out really well... very smooth bokeh.
