my first photo post

This was taken a week ago at the Como Zoo in St Paul. (Hopefully I'm doing this correctly, I've never posted photos on the internet before.)

Let me know what you think - a little off-center I think, but I haven't figured out how to edit pictures yet. I'm still a newbie!

My thoughts on this shot..

Exlosure looks pretty good, nice colors and decent contrast, technically the image is not bad.

Compositionally, the image would be a little better if the flamingo's tail were not cut off. I also think it would be improved if the cut off ducks were not in the image.

Unfortunately I dont have any suggestions other than more careful timing at the time of shooting.

Thanks for the feedback. I'll have to try again another day. Unfortunately there are about 1,001 ducks that share the pond with the flamingos, so I'll have to learn photo editing at some point.
