Galleries: How to Send an e-Card

Don’t you always love to receive cards? Now you can also send cards from the galleries with your favorite photos, to your friends and family. This tutorial will help you to get started on e-Card sending.

Begin with browsing to the photo you wish to send, and look under the Photo Info dialog for the link, “Send as e-Card”. Click that link and we are off. Now when you have clicked that link, you will get this dialog where you can select and customize the appearance of the e-Card.

First you will be able to pick a background and border colour as well as the name and email of the recipient and if you don’t know the persons email address, just type in the member name.

In the next part, you will be able to write the subject of the card and where you want it to display. And in the last part, you shall type in the message and select the font colour and font style. Before you hit "Send the e-Card", you will be given the option to preview before sending and to get a notice when the card is read. When you’ve customized it to your liking, hit "Send the e-Card". Once you do that, your card will be sent and your recipient should receive your e-Card.

The e-Card can look like this:

Thanks for the great tutorial, Erik B.!!
