My favourite part is uninstalling things

On the PC you have to go through the uninstall process and then you're usually still left with stray files and registry keys.

With the Mac, you click the application in your ap folder and drag it to the trash.

Empty the trash, and it's uninstalled

We've all seen the ads with the guy off the Daily show, I've yet to see a similar campaign from microsoft. Wonder why that is...

(Just incase you haven't seen them: http://www.ifilm.com/collection/1934...el/commercials check them out they are funny because they're true!)

I'm still stuck with my old windows pc, unfortunately all my expensive software is pc based .

lmao!

I am stuck with my little old laptop (PC) but it does the job (just) and sometimes starts to smoke a little when I'm trying to put together 150mp panoramics . . .

. . but at the moment there is camera gear way up the list above a new PC so I'm staying with the Bill Gates monster . . .

Again, it would be nice to have a nice shiny apple to handle the photography side of things, but once again, I have all my software based on Windows . .

3 PC Desktops
1 PC Laptop
4 Printers all different makes/models.

My wife is considering going over to the dark side (Mac)
I am looking to get, is an awesome colour printer for my self, and photo work.

I work PC's all day. Currently a dual processor, dual monitor (capable of quad montiors) LOTS of ram.

I'm use to the PC "issues", probably will not switch.

i use a laptop now, it is a duo core so 10x better than the desktop i was using. the dark side is enticing but when you have the software already its hard to shell out the money again. plus i dont do a lot of install and uninstall and i dont have any problems out it. i would like to run through and use photoshop on it to see if there really is a difference in crunching. and if it is really all that noticable.

I generally stick to PC format, though the majority in the industry are using MAC, but I currently have a PC desktop and I am considering the possibility of getting a PC lap-top.

I've got a PC laptop, don't get me wrong I like what I've seen from the MacBook Pro, but not enough to justify the price compared to what I spent on my new laptop.

The closest MacBook Pro at the time only had a slight edge to my laptop at more than twice the price.

20D, I thought the same thing for a long time

After my PC laptop that I spent a good chunk of change on died AGAIN, this time just after the 1 year warranty expired, I decided to see if a Mac was worth the money.

It sooooooo is *lovingly caressing my Mac*.
