Welcome back, Click.
The first caught my eye right away. Composition & colors are super.
The fourth deserves mention, also. I'm not a big fan of B&W but I like this one. Very classy.

I like the comp on 2 and 3, but not sure how much I like the DOF on that. Welcome back =)

Hey thanks for the kind words Andy and Avid
I was trying to find different comps and DOF for shooting flowers.
Im wanting to frame a couple of flower shots for my girlfriend.
@Avid:
About the DOF, does the focus on the ends make it too distracting?
Should I have had a larger DOF?
Thanks for the input!

The first photo is perfect. The DOF and detail are exceptional. I actually like the DOF on the 2nd two. The last B&W is very nice also.

I agree with samidget completely. I absolutely love the first and second shots and the fourth is nice as well. If you've ever read my other comments, I'm not big on B&W flower shots, but it works well for the 4th photo here. I think the first photo is certainly worth framing for your girlfriend!

Thank you very much for the kind words Dawn
The first one is my favorite as well
She actually picked 4 of my flower photos (1 of the ones above) and got them printed 8x10 and framed on her wall. Its cool to see my work in her room
Thanks again

Beautiful flower shots, the second is my favorite, love the softness, well done.
