Which accessories w/ Canon Rebel XTi

Hi everyone. I'm about to buy the Canon Rebel XTi, with yes, just the kit lens (will consider better lenses later). I'm totally new to digital SLR, so I really don't know what else I need besides the camera/lens.

So my question is... What else do I need?

Just want to go ahead and put everything on 1 order.

All depends on the budget. There is almost a never ending list. Here just a few things:
- Camera bag
- Polarizer and ND filter (and other various filters)
- Tripod
- Flash
- Remote control
- Extenders

I would definitely start with a bag, which will protect your camera. Everything else can wait, and with learning (and saving money) you'll know what else you need. BTW, don't buy a small and cheap bag, because, if you take this hobby serious, it will get very fast too small.

Thanks zaplig. That helps a lot. All of the options can be overwhelming. Great advice on the bag, I might have tried to cut corners a little with that, now I will really look harder.

Appreciate your feedback.
