Technically, it's fine. Exposure and focus are good. Composition works well. The subject and overall scene just don't solicit any emotion from me.

i think it is too dark maybe it is a reason why there is no emotion it that one!

I actually like the way the trees are standing out.Maybe the bushes have a distracting point?

I think you're right about the bushes. I couldn't put my finger on it but I think that's the reason.

Next time ask someone to borrow their 4x4 and pull out the bushes and put them back when you're finished.

But then I wonder if the bushes were'nt there if the fence line would be a distraction. Well since you have the borrowed 4x4........... Of course I'm just joking.

The scene doesn't really do it for me either. I also don't like the slant of the hill.

Got to agree with the previous comments, try cropping some of the dark bottom to allow the sky to dominate the scene more.
