Awesome shot Kevin!
After seeing Micheal Levine's photos from the link you posted in another thread you have got me wanting to get a 10 stop ND and do this!  What stop filter did you use?

i waited till almost dark, twilight if you will maybe even darker again. I didnt use any filters. as you can see the street lights were on.
i did some on bulb setting up to 2mins... its good craic once you have a nice simple subject.
