Both TAPS and the ghost hunters from England (BBC) were at Eastern State last year.

Apparently anyone can "Ghost Hunt" there. You can pay for the time to do so. You just have to provide your own equipment. When I was there taking photos I actually found a piece of equipment left from the previous night's ghost hunt. It was some sort of Electromagnetic field pulse generator or something... It was basically a small black box with a toggle on/off switch.
