Nice pic. I like how an "action" shot like this came out so crisp! You must have had steady hands and high SS!
Although she is looking at the camera, it doesn't seem very posed. Thinking about it, though, I think it would be even better were the DOF a bit narrower, so that only she were in focus and the background more blurry.

Thank you for your comments...but, I am such a rank amateur that the only part of what you said that I did understand was the part about having a steady hand! When it comes to photography, that is about the only time I truly take the time to relax. They say that when you are a hunter you are supposed to relax, breath and then take the shot, I try to take that action with photography. Obviously it is not always easy, especially when you are dealing with a kids, and I don exactly have the fastest camera or lense in the world. I want a DSLR....
