The photo was supposed to indicate the dynamism of the city/transport network. The woman in the centre, at least, and the old guy at the far right of the picture seem static enough (although a little blurry still) - I hoped that they "anchored" the photo enough for the rest of the blurriness to simply suggest dynamism. Or, perhaps, it's just a little blurry
