The central focus of the stairs is too lost in the forest around it and not strong enough to center the picture. NeVeRyn Premiere Member Registered: June 2008 Location: Eau Claire, Wisconsin Posts: 176 Wed September 3, 2008 12:02pm I realized after I took the picture that I should have switched lenses for a wider field of view, but as my partner was anxious to keep moving (ahead of the out-of-towner groups) I didn't get a chance to reshoot. I still like the interplay of light and shadow, but I agree, the focal point is too large in the frame and has less impact.
