This is good because the composition is better. The eye is drawn to the"smear" of the large white cascade of water in the middle of the shot.

If I had been by myself I would have waited an hour and gotten better light on the subject - though I probably wouldn't have been able to get the shot as I have yet to invest in a neutral density filter.
