Convergence of Deer Creek and the Illinois River in rural southern Oregon.
This is the view from one of my favorite places to camp. Unfortunately, getting there involves (once you leave the pavement) about 40 minutes of 1 to 2 mile per hour creeping over some of the most bone jarring, rattle your doors off, make your dog puke terrain imaginable. It's worth it once you get there though. Thank God for four wheel drive.
(and ground clearance!!!)
